For arm curling, I am definitely building muscle mass but I sure am not building any strength. Help?
I’ve been using 25 lb dumbbells for about 4 months now and can only do 3 sets of 8 reps with it. I see growth in size but now in strength.
Curling is for looks ONLY.
If you want to get STRONG try: Squats, deadlifts, bench presses, shoulder presses, Powercleans, snatches, and squats.
If you don’t have access to that equipment yet then go for: Dips, chin ups, pull ups, hanging leg rises, hanging knee raises, back raises, glute ham raises.
