How to gain muscle without going to the gym?
I am very skinny and I would love to gain some muscle. What are some things out there that would help me without going to the gym.

I have put on about 8 pounds over the last month by drinking smoothie shakes everyday, sometimes I take two shakes a day just because they taste so good. It is great fuel for the body and muscles. I have also been doing sit ups, push ups, and some stretching at home. It is always good to keep the muscles moving and loose.
I get my protein from the link below, they have a forum page on their website that has some great smoothie recipies and workout topics.
