how to i lose body fat but still gain muscle?
You lose body fat by cardio. And gain muscle by lifting. That’s common knowledge. The main thing to know is how much to do of each. do some heavy lifting before cardio working all body muscles. this should take at least an hour to an hour and a half. then do cardio (elliptical’s are great). you should do about 20 minutes of hardcore intense training to really get your heart pumping and burn the calories. i wouldn’t do much more then 25 minutes because you can start to deteriorate from your muscles which you just pumped. After cardio do 2 or 3 different types of exercises for your abs. I guarantee doing this you will have a leaner, toner body in as little as a few weeks
