Utilizing a variety of implements we performed:
Suspended Push-ups + Chains
Log Curls
Standing Scarecrows
Barbell Shrugs
The great thing about using chains for standing scarecrows instead of gymnastic rings or TRX straps is that the weight of the chains provides tensions across multiple angles for the shoulders. The movement of the scarecrow targets the posterior delts and the weight of the chains hits the rest.
