What muscle building supplements give the most bang for your buck?
currently I am buying GNC brands but they are expensive. I take whey protein creatine and a preworkout N.O. product.
is there anything cheaper that is effective and does not put a bunch of extra crap in their products?
I am looking for a protein supplement a creatine supplement and a preworkout supp.
Personally I like the Twinlab pre workout N.O. product and their creatine. They sell it in bigger quantities, are high quality, and are priced right and without all the crap in it. As for whey, I found a killer whey product that comes in a natural flavor and it doesn’t have any fillers or additives and is chemical free. I have tried the natural which really doesn’t have a taste and the chocolate. i am addicted to the Chocolate..lol and it’s like $27 bucks for a 5lb tub.
