What would be a good muscle building supplement?
I should also make it clear that my work out options are limited to simply doing push-ups. I’m a poor college kid so I can’t afford a gym membership right now.. Suggestions here are welcome.
Back to my original question, I’ve been mulling over some supplements such as whey protein, rice protein, or creatine. I’m not sure what would be good but if you have any suggestions of how to best build muscles and what to use to help, I’d much appreciate it.
First start off with whole foods that are high in high quality protein— milk, chicken, lean beef and Egg. Low glycemic carbs except right after a workout when you want simple carbs. Don’t ever ever ever buy from GNC check out protein specialty websites. Right now you can go to trueprotein.com and get 50Lbs of Ultra Whey protein isolate for like $250. That is a lot of protein ….so either split it with a few people or you could easily make a profit off this stuff (there is also a 25 Lb for $130) this is the same stuff you buy at a local store for $15/lb.
